02Account security

Strong password protection, contact-email verification, optional two-factor authentication, secure recovery and protected sessions.

03Address management

Every account includes both username@privateaccess.space and username@p-a.me.

Frequently asked questions

About the Early Release.

Clear answers about addresses, pricing, access and service operation.

Who receives the complimentary second year?

The first 100 accounts that complete registration, contact-email verification and payment receive the second year at no charge.

How much storage is included?

Early Release mailboxes begin with 1 GB and will be upgraded automatically to 20 GB of total storage at full public release, at no additional charge.

Are refunds available?

No voluntary refund is available for the first 100 Early Release purchases. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

What email address will I receive?

Your primary address will use the username you select, followed by @privateaccess.space. Usernames are unique and cannot be registered by more than one account.

Is the shorter p-a.me address currently available?

Yes. Your matching @p-a.me address delivers to the same PrivateAccess mailbox as your primary address.

What happens when I email someone outside PrivateAccess?

When you send from PrivateAccess webmail, each external recipient receives a neutral notification and unique link. The subject, message and attachments stay encrypted on PrivateAccess and appear only after the recipient verifies the destination email address. This protection does not apply to messages sent through a separate desktop or mobile mail application.

Can I use a desktop or mobile mail application?

Yes, for conventional email. Mail settings provides secure IMAP and SMTP connection details. To send an encrypted PrivateAccess message, you must use PrivateAccess Webmail; messages sent from Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird or another mail application are not converted into protected viewing links.

How is my account protected?

The account system uses secure password hashing, protected sessions, optional authenticator-based two-factor authentication, time-limited verification and recovery links, login rate limits and verified billing events.
