Service features
PrivateAccess combines a dedicated mailbox, account controls, annual billing and an architecture designed for secure production mail access.

Administrators can create named group rooms, choose PA accounts and enable or disable member replies. Assigned rooms are available to verified PA accounts without a paid chat subscription. Suspended and cancelled accounts cannot participate.
PA members with active paid access can open Chat from their dashboard, approve contacts and exchange private text and files. Chat uses the existing PA sign-in, with no separate chat account. Attachments are limited to 5 MB and chat storage to 50 MB per sender.
Encrypted viewing links are available only from PrivateAccess Webmail. Paid active accounts can also use authenticated IMAP and SMTP on desktop and mobile clients, but messages sent from those clients use conventional email delivery and are not protected by PrivateAccess encrypted viewing links.
Mail access begins after contact-email verification and payment activation.
Administrators can review accounts, mailbox status, domain state, provisioning activity and billing readiness.
To create a PrivateAccess encrypted viewing link, send from PrivateAccess Webmail. Messages sent from Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird or any other desktop or mobile app use conventional email delivery and are not encrypted by the PrivateAccess protected-message system.
Registration, verification, annual checkout and mailbox provisioning are available from one account.
